The Covid-19 vaccination drive started in North and Middle Andaman district on Thursday. The drive commenced at three block centres at Mayabunder, Rangat and Diglipur. On the first day, a total of 202 health workers vaccinated in the district. This will continue to go on to complete the phase one. The vaccination drive is running smoothly at two centres in South Andaman district.<br />'' <br />''<span style="color: #222222;">The drive is going to begin in Nicobar district tomorrow. Till now 12,500 dozes of Covishield vaccine received by the administration. A total of 1033 health workers have been vaccinated till now in Andaman and Nicobar Islands. Additionally 91 defence health workers also got the vaccine. The administration has appealed people not to believe in rumours regarding the vaccine.</span><br />
