<span style="color: #222222;">Tamil Nadu Health Minister Dr Vijayabhaskar has said the Covid-19 situation in Chennai has stabilized. Talking to reporters   yesterday, he expressed hope that the situation may further improve despite the recent relaxations.<br />''<br />''Meanwhile, the total Covid-19 infection in Tamil Nadu is nearing one lakh fifteen thousand cases as 3827 people were confirmed positive yesterday. The state has tested over 33-thousand five hundred people in the last 24-hours.<br />''<br />''Tamil Nadu has emerged as one among the leading states in conducting the RT-PCR tests in the country. Nearly 13-lakh 14-thousand people have been tested so far in the state. Meanwhile, a few more districts have returned to the unlock-phase-2 in full from today. Vellore and its neighbouring Ranipet districts have removed the additional restrictions imposed on them including closure of shops at 2 pm due to the surge in cases. The shops will now function for twelve hours a day from 6 am. Salons can function from today in urban areas too in Vellore, which remained closed earlier. Hotels are allowed to offer parcel service till 8 pm.</span><br />
