Karnataka is showing steady improvement in Covid 19 situation in the last 28 days. The Positivity rate has dipped to 3.99 percent and the case fatality rate to 1.11 percent.<br />'' <br />''With a healthy recovery rate of 90.2 percent yesterday, those discharged after recovery of viral infection has increased to 7,41,219. The  Active cases have reduced from 1,10,412 to 68,161. <br />'' <br />''<span style="color: #222222;">The state reported 4025  fresh cases yesterday thereby taking the Covid tally to 8,16,809. During this time 45 succumbed to the virus. The epi-centre of the pandemic, Bengaluru registered 2175 fresh cases while 4378 persons were discharged yesterday while 19 deaths were also reported in the district. Of the 935 patients in ICU, 437 are in Bengaluru. The state conducted 1,00,683 tests, among which 75,681 were RT-PCR tests.</span><br />
