In Karnataka the total number of Covid-19 positive cases crossed three lakh mark as 8,580 new cases were registered in the State yesterday. With this the total number of positive cases stands at 3,00,406 in the State.  Bengaluru registered the highest number of 3,284 cases followed by Mysuru 951 and Ballari with 510 cases. <br />'' <br />''On the other hand the death toll also crossed 5000 mark with 133 deaths reported yesterday. Yediyurappa inaugurated the Broadway super speciality covid hospital in Bengaluru yesterday.  Built with the financial help from Infosys foundation, this new 200 bed Covid hospital  is equipped with all essential medical infrastructure worth Rupees10.25 crores, will be used to treat the covid patients. <br />
