COVID-19 positive cases cross 5,000 mark in Nagaland

<span style="color: #222222;">COVID-19 positive cases crossed 5,000 mark with detection of 118 new cases in Nagaland on Saturday. The number of confirmed cases in the state is at 5,064.<br />'' <br />''According to State Health and Family Welfare Minister informed that 113 in Dimapur, two each in Kohima and Peren and one in Mon district were found positive.<br />'' <br />''Amongst the fresh positive cases reported 106 were Armed Forces, five each from Returnees and Traced Contacts and two frontline workers. While 31 recoveries of COVID-19 patients were also registered including 25 in Kohima, five in Mon and one in Phek district.<br />'' <br />''Of the total cases, there are now 1,215 active cases, while 3,822 people have recovered from the infection. So far, eight out of 10 deaths are due to COVID-19 while 17 have migrated. The state recovery rate stands at 75.47 per cent.</span><br />'' <br />
