COVID-19: J&K reports biggest spike of 47 deaths, 3832 fresh cases

<span style="color: #222222;">The single day highest ever 3,832 new Covid positive cases were reported on Saturday in the Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir. Out of these cases, 1,231 were reported from Jammu Division while 2,601 were reported from Kashmir Division. Besides, 47 COVID deaths, the highest during a day till date since the outbreak of the pandemic were reported in Jammu and Kashmir today with 30 fatalities having been reported from Jammu Division and 17 reported from Kashmir Division.</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;"> </span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">Meanwhile, the Government in the wake of the alarming surge of positive cases has extended the lockdown in the four districts of the Union Territory, Srinagar, Baramulla, Budgam and  Jammu till 7 am on 6th of May whereas the lockdown in the rest 16 districts of the union territory shall be in force uptil 7 am on 3rd of May.</span><br />''  <br />
