<span style="color: #222222;">The Indian Embassy in Saudi Arabia has asked the community to remain calm and avoid spreading of rumours that may create panic during these unprecedented times.</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;"><br />'' In a press statement today, the Indian Embassy in Saudi Arabia said that it is closely monitoring the situation on the spread of the COVID-19 pandemic in Saudi Arabia, and is taking all the requisite measures to ensure the welfare of Indian citizens in the Kingdom.</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;"><br />'' The statement added that various measures on supply of food, medicines and other emergency assistance to Indians in need are already in place and are being effectively implemented by volunteers of all major community organizations across the Kingdom.</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;"><br />'' It also said that the Ambassador Dr Ausaf &nbsp;Sayeed is regularly interacting with the &nbsp;Indian Community Volunteers and Social Workers from various places in the Kingdom to assess the situation.</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;"><br />'' The Embassy also said that as of 22nd April , eleven Indian nationals (4 in Madinah, 3 in Makkah, 2 in Jeddah, 1 in Riyadh and 1 in Dammam) have &nbsp;passed away due to the disease in the Kingdom.</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;"><br />''Meanwhile , the External Affairs Minister Dr S Jaishankar in a tweet expressed appreciation to the leadership of Saudi Arabia for taking care of the Indian community living there. He also said that India will remain a reliable partner of the Kingdom.</span><br />
