COVID-19 grips CM office in Himachal Pradesh

In Himachal Pradesh, the Chief Minister's office has come under the grip of COVID-19. <br />''<br />''AIR Correspondent reports that Chief Minister Jairam Thakur has quarantined himself after an official of the Chief Minister's Office tested positive for the Novel coronavirus in Shimla today. <br />''<br />''A deputy secretary-level officer of the Chief Minister Office tested positive for COVID-19 today. The staff working at the Chief Minister Office has also been directed to confine them in-home quarantine. <br />''<br />''The Corona tests are being conducted for all those who came in contact with him. The entire office premises of CM and the Deputy Secy is being sanitized. <br />''<br />''<span style="color: #222222;">Meanwhile, more than two dozen new cases have been reported in the State today. The number of corona infected cases in the State has now increased to 1,697 out of which 587 cases are active whereas 1,083 people have been cured after treatment.</span><br />
