<span style="color: #222222;">The<b>&nbsp;</b>COVID-19 cluster outbreak in Bengaluru has put Bruhat Bengaluru Mahanagara Palike on high caution. The Municipal Corporation conducted an RT-PCR test of 501 people in the third cluster outbreak site and found 20 of them positive in Bengaluru. The test reports of another 554 persons in these apartment blocks are awaited.&nbsp;</span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">The first case of cluster outbreak of the pandemic was reported on 15th of February where 103 persons were tested positive in the apartment blocks, the second cluster outbreak was in a nursing college where 40 were tested positive.</span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">AIR Correspondent reports, Bengaluru urban district has reported the highest numbers of 40,943 positive cases till date and out of them 4,384 are active now. Apart from this 7,484 persons are in active quarantine. The district has reported 1,731 cases in the last seven days and has a recovery rate of 97.8 per cent.&nbsp;</span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">It has recorded a positivity rate of 1.2 per cent and case fatality rate of 1.1 per cent. On an average over 20,000 tests are conducted in the city and the figure was 23,425 yesterday. The tests per million population in the last seven days was over 24,000.</span><br />
