The number of COVID 19 active cases in the Puducherry Union Territory recorded as 3, with one more Cornoa Virus positive patient getting cured at the Indira Gandhi Government medical College hospital, said Health Director Dr Mohan Kumar today. <br />''<br />''He will be asked to remain in home quarantine, he added.<br />''<br />''Dr. Kumar also said that 35 tests were taken yesterday and all proved to be negative. Of the total number of eight positive cases in the Union Territory (Six in Puducherry and 2 in Mahe region) 72 year old man in Mahe died and the 68 year old woman in the region was cured and discharged. Further three of the six recovered. There were no positive cases in Karaikal and Yanam regions of the Union Territory.
