In Odisha, the covid-19 active caseload has gone down below twenty thousand. The state has a total caseload of 276094 as against 254913 recoveries so far. However, with 15 more death, the total covid-19 fatalities have mounted to 1196. AIR correspondent reports that after months of worrying surge in infection, it's now the turn for recovery to keep surging ahead. This has been the case for the last few days with the state reporting a recovery of 2716 persons yesterday as against 1913 new infection.<br />'' <br />''<span style="color: #222222;"> While the state is witness to a happy contraction of covid-19 caseload, the state government is pushing for post-covid patient care. In an advisory, it has stressed upon repeat medical monitoring of the patients, in the first, fourth and 12th week after discharge. In addition, a number of do's and don'ts have also been prescribed for covid-cured patients that include graded physical activities, yogic exercises coupled with home-made remedies like saline gargling and steam inhalation, depending upon the post-covid patient conditions and as per medical consultation. </span><br />
