A Delhi court on Thursday took judicial note of former Union Minister M J Akbar's criminal defamation complaint against journalist Priya Ramani, who has accused him of sexual misconduct around 20 years ago. <br />''<br />''<br />''The court has decided to record the statement of the former Minister of State for External Affairs on 31st of this month in the case.<br />''<br />''<br />''<span style="color: #222222;">Mr Akbar had resigned on Wednesday  as Minister of State for External Affairs after making it clear that he had filed the case in his personal capacity and would fight it out in the court of law.</span><br />
