In Kerala, summons have been issued against the state Water Resources Minister, P J Joseph, following a complaint by a woman that she received several SMS from the Minister's mobile. The summons were issued by a First Class Magistrate Court at Thodupuzha in Idukki district today. The court will hear the case on the 22nd of next month.
