In Madhya Pradesh, a special CBI court at Indore today sent former minister and MLA Kamal Patel to judicial custody till 3rd June. A team of CBI had arrested Mr. Patel last night from Lucknow on the charges of destroying evidences in Durgesh Jat case involving his son Sudeep as the main accused. Durgesh has been missing since 5th March 2008. The High Court had ordered a CBI probe into disappearance of Durgesh Jat following a habeas corpus filed by his father. <br/>
