Panchkula Sessions Court in Haryana has rejected the anticipatory bail plea of S.P.S.Rathroe in the Ruchika molestation case. Rathore had moved the District and Sessions Court at Panchkula on 30th of December and sought an interim bail following two fresh FIRs registered against him on charges of attempt to murder and wrongful confinement on a complaint by Ruchika's brother Ashu. Rathore got an interim relief on first of January as Court allowed him bail till 7th of January. The court extended his bail period for a day yesterday as it reserved the judgment for today. The police can arrest him any time now.
