The Allahabad High Court on Friday rejected an application filed by former judges to get exemption from personal appearance in the multi crore provident Fund Scam case being heard in CBI court of Ghaziabad.Former Judges including Justice R N Mishra, and some others had filed a petition in Allahabad High Court and challenged the summon notice issued by Special Judge of CBI Court of Ghaziabad in connection with PF Scam case.After hearing the petitions Justice Arun Tandon has rejected the application moved by these judges. However the High Court gives permission to judges that they could move their applications before the CBI court for exemptions from personal appearance.The CBI Court of Ghaziabad has already summoned several judges in connection with this multi crore Provident Fund. The CBI court of Ghaziabad had issued summoned to six former and also then district judges of Ghaziabad on 22nd December 2010 to appear before the CBI Court on this month .
