The Bombay High Court has rejected the application filed by Indian Premier League franchise Kochi Tuskers Kerala seeking to restrain the Board of Control for Cricket in India – BCCI from encashing its bank guarantee of 154 crore rupees. The BCCI had a couple of days ago, terminated the contract of Kochi Tuskers Kerala, for alleged breach of contractual terms. <br/><br/>Hearing the case, Justice S F Vajifdar refused to provide any relief and rejected Kochi's plea. According to the BCCI, the Kochi consortium had defaulted on the annual payment despite repeated reminders from the IPL authorities.<br/><br/> <br/><br/>
