A Delhi court today dismissed the bail plea of Medical Council of India president Ketan Desai and an alleged middleman in a case of alleged transaction of two crore rupees meant for according recognition to a Punjab-based private medical college. <br/><br/>Additional Sessions Judge O P Saini said considering the nature of offence and the fact that the probe is still at initial stage, both bail applications are dismissed.<br/><br/>The court allowed the plea by the CBI prosecutor that the accused are influential and capable of influencing witnesses who came forward to inform the probe agency about them.<br/>
