A Special Court in Hyderabad on Friday postponed hearing on the CBI petition seeking custody of Karnataka Former Minister Gali Janardhana Reddy and his brother Srinivas Reddy to 29th of this month. The Court has postponed for further hearing on the CBI petition as advocates did not turn up due to the Strike in the state. The CBI has been seeking custody of the Reddy Brothers, who are in judicial custody in mining fraud case for further enquiry. The Court on Thursday also postponed the hearing on the bail petitions filed by the accused to the same date.
