Former Congress MP Sajjan Kumar will face trial in the 1984 anti-Sikh riot cases. A Delhi Court on Saturday referred the cases to a Special CBI Court rejecting his plea seeking certain documents related to the chargesheet filed against him in two cases.<br/><br/>Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate Lokesh Kumar Sharma directed Sajjan Kumar and others to appear before the Special judge on the 27th March.
