A Delhi court today ordered framing of charges against Indian Mujahideen operative Yasin Bhatkal and nine others in the 2010 Jama Masjid blast case. <br/><br/>The court said prime facie there was enough evidence against Bhatkal and the other accused. It posted the matter to 29th of August when the charges would formally be framed against them. <br/><br/>The court, however, discharged three alleged members the outfit, saying there was not enough evidence against them.<br/><br/>A bomb fitted in a car exploded near the historic Jama Masjid in the capital in September, 2010 soon after two suspected Indian Mujahideen operatives had fired at a tourist bus near a gate of the mosque. <br/><br/>Two Taiwanese tourists had sustained bullet injuries in the firing incident.
