Court orders FIR against 4 UP ministers?

In Uttar Pradesh a local court has ordered registration of a case against four Cabinet Ministers of state government and five other persons including editor of Hindi monthly magazine over publication of some objectionable content allegedly denigrating Hindu Gods, Goddesses and epics in the magazine.<br/> <br/>Chief Judicial Magistrate of Jaunpur Mohammad Ashraf Ansari has passed this order on an application moved in his court. He has asked the local police for registration of a case against Cabinet Ministers Swami Prasad Maurya, Babu Singh Kushwaha, Naseemuddin Siddiqui and Daddu Prasad and Editor Rajeev Ratan Maurya. The magazine Ambedkar Today had published some objectionable content against Hindu deities in its last month`s edition. The court has also directed for submitting the investigation report.<br/> <br/>AIR Lucknow correspondent reports that the state government had already ordered last month a CB-CID probe into this matter.<br/>
