Law Minister Salman Khurshid today said that court order does not indict Home Minister P Chidambaram in the 2G allocation case.
Talking to reporters outside Parliament, Mr. Khurshid criticised the BJP for demanding Chidambaram's resignation without properly studying the Court's order.
The Public Accounts Committee Chairman Murli Manohar Joshi today demanded the resignation of Home Minister P Chidambaram in the 2G spectrum allocation scam issue.
Talking to reporters outside Parliament, Mr. Joshi said that Mr. Chidambaram's role should be thoroughly investigated.
He alleged that the Prime Minister's Office was aware of the role of the then Finance Minister in 2007 in the scam.
NDA Convenor Sharad Yadav said that they will continue to boycott the Home Minister in Parliament.
