The Delhi High Court on Wednesday declined to hear a PIL seeking direction to the Centre to avail assistance from technocrats for timely completion of Commonwealth Games projects. Dismissing the PIL, a division bench of Chief Justice Dipak Misra and Justice Manmohan said, the court cannot interfere in the construction involved in the Commonwealth Games projects. It said, this is not in the court's domain and we decline to interfere in it,” the benchsaid while dismissing the PIL.
