A special court of Lucknow issued summons to former chief engineer of Noida Authority Yadav Singh, his wife and others in a money laundering case. The court took cognizance of a complaint lodged by the Enforcement Directorate (ED) yesterday and asked Singh and others to appear before it on 28th of this month. <br/><br/>According to ED, Singh has been charged with allotting a tender of electrical cable work during his tenure as the Noida chief engineer in illegal manner, causing a loss of over 19 crore rupees.
