A special court in New Delhi today concluded hearing arguments in a coal scam case against former Jharkhand Chief Minister Madhu Koda, former Coal Secretary H C Gupta and others.<br/><br/>Special CBI Judge Bharat Parashar posted the matter for 27th of this month for filing of rebuttal, if any, in the case. <br/><br/>It pertains to alleged irregularities in allocation of a coal block in Jharkhand to a Kolkata-based Steel company.
