The court case of former Chief Minister of Karnataka B S Yeddyurappa in Bhadra tender case was adjourned on Thursday to fourth of next month. Lokayuktha Special Court Judge N K Sudhindra Rao directed Lokayuktha police to submit their enquiry report on this case by fourth of next month. Thereafter the same court took up the hearing of bail application of accused in the land denotification case.Yeddyurappa and 14 others are accused of benefiting from land denotification by five private complaints filed by Sirajin Basha.AIR Correspondent adds that the court will continue to hear submissions made by advocates on behalf of different accused for bail even tomorrow in the Lokayuktha court.
