Punjab and Haryana High Court on Monday ordered Haryana Vidhan Sabha speaker Harmohinder Singh Chatha to decide Haryana Janhit Congress President Kuldeep Bishnoi`s petition pending with him against five defecting MLA`s of Haryana Janhit Congress within four months. The decision was pronounced by Justice Ajay Tiwari on the petition filed by Bishnoi in the Punjab and Haryana High court through his counsel Satyapal Jain challenging the delay caused by the speaker Mr. Chatha regarding his party MLAs illegally joining the congress. Mr. Bishnoi is demanding disqualification of five defected MLA`s.
