Former TERI chief R K Pachauri, accused in a sexual harassment case, has been allowed by a Delhi court to travel abroad. Mr. Pachauri had moved the court seeking permission to travel abroad to attend various functions, seminars and conferences till the 5th of July. <br/><br/>The court allowed the application noting that the investigation was complete and chargesheet has already been filed. The court also asked Mr.Pachauri to file a copy of his itinerary and intimate the court after his return and about any changes in his travel plans in advance. Mr. Pachauri was chargesheeted by Delhi police on the 1st of March this year.
