The Special Court dealing with SC -ST matters of Jodhpur has allowed former Minister Mahipal Maderna to attend funeral of his mother. Mahipal Maderna's mother died this morning in Jaipur. He has been accused in the Bhanwari Devi murder.The court has however rejected his application for granting a month's interim bail.Maderna is in Jodhpur Jail.
