Mumbai’s sessions’ court today heard the defence arguments seeking bail for Pune-based stud farm owner Hasan Ali Khan. The court was adjourned till Monday after Khan’s lawyer I P Bagadia completed his arguments. The prosecution in this case will put forth their case on Monday before Principal Sessions Judge Swapna Joshi 53-year-old, Hasan Ali Khan is accused of money laundering and multi-crore tax evasion. He is also facing criminal cases under the Passport Act for allegedly possessing multiple passports from different parts of India.
