President Pranab Mukherjee has said that country's pluralistic character has stood the test of time. Speaking at the Golden Jubilee function of Delhi High Court in New Delhi today, Mr Mukherjee said this culture should be preserved at any cost. Saying judiciary is upholder of the rule of law, the President said, it is the final interpreter of the constitution.
