<span style="color: #222222;">Health and Family Welfare Minister Harsh Vardhan has said that the country will have a vaccine against the deadly coronavirus by the end of this year.</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;"> </span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">He told reporters that one of the three Covid-19 vaccine candidates has entered the third phase of the pre-clinical human trial.</span><br />'' <b><span style="color: #222222;"> </span></b><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">Head of national task force on Covid-19, Dr VK Paul said, the vaccine candidate entering the third phase has yielded encouraging results in the initial phases of its trial.</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;"> </span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">Dr Paul said that the other two vaccines are currently in Phase-I or II of their pre-clinical trials.</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;"> </span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">Dr Harsh Vardhan inaugurated a 10-bedded make-shift Hospital at NDRF base in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh yesterday.</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;"> </span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">The hospital has been set up by NDRF in collaboration with CSIR constituent laboratory CSIR-CBRI, Central Building Research Institute, Roorkee.</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;"> </span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">The makeshift hospital is designed for the patient to provide a primary health facility with safety, security and a comfortable living environment.</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;"> </span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">This fully Air Conditioned pre-fabricated makeshift hospital is equipped with various modern facilities like Paramonitors, Defibrillators and ECG Machines.</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;"> </span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">The Hospital is planned to serve the purpose for the disaster stage including for use in long pandemic or emergency situations.</span><br />
