Minister of Urban Development M.Venkaiah Naidu today said, the (those who throw litter in the open). Inaugurating a two-day exhibition of Sanitation Technologies in New Delhi, Mr Naidu expressed concern over people behaving in an irresponsible manner by throwing litter in the open and being unmindful of cleanliness in public spaces. <br/><br/>He stressed the need for behavioural changes and individual and community level actions to ensure Swachh Bharat. The Minister stated that with growing people participation, Swachh Bharat Mission goal will be achieved.<br/><br/> Minister of State for Drinking Water and Sanitation Ramesh Chandappa Gigajinagi was also present on the occasion.
