Deputy Chairman of Planning Commission Montek Singh Ahluwalia today said that the current financial year will be good for the Indian economy. Speaking to media persons in New Delhi,Ahluwalia said the signs indicate that the slowdown in the economy has come to end and the country is on the recovery path.He said he is happy with the IIP figure with capital good and manufacturiing sectors doing well.He,however,said the current account deficit is a major challenge to be tackled.He also expressed confidence that IIP figures will not be negative in 2013-14.
