Telangana Rastra Samiti (TRS) Chief and Telangana State Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao has said the country needs an alternative development agenda than the political one. Speaking at the TRS plenary organised on the occasion of party 21st Foundation Day in Hyderabad, he said the country requires a new agriculture policy and people should be provided all basic amenities.
