West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee today said that country is heading towards bankruptcy.<br/><br/> Talking to media outside RBI bank in New Delhi, the TMC leader said the reduction of withdrawal limit of cash to 2000 rupees means that government lacks funds. Ms Banerjee demanded roll back of the demonetisation of high value currencies.
