Counting on for bypolls to one LS, 31 Assembly seats

Counting of votes is on for the by polls to Firozabad Lok Sabha seat in Uttar Pradesh and 31 assembly seats spread across seven states held on Saturday. <br/><br/>In Himachal Pradesh, Congress candidate Sujan Singh Pathania is leading in Jwali constituency while BJP candidate Khushi Ram Balnahata is ahead of congress candidate in Rohru by 6000 votes.<br/><br/>In Rajasthan, congress is leading in both the assembly constituencies’ i.e Toda Bihm and Salumbar.<br/><br/>In the Ernakulam Assembly constituency in Kerala Mr. Bominic of the Congress has won. He defeated his nearest rival Mr. P.N. Seenulal of the CPI(M) by a margin of 8,620 votes. The Congress candidate in Kannur and Alappuzha are also cruising comfortably ahead towards victory.<br/><br/> In Uttarpradesh, at Firozabad parliamentary constituency, at the end of first round of counting, congress candidate Raj Babbar is leading by 3000 votes over his rival SP candidate Dimple Yadav.<br/>
