The counting of votes for the Maharashtra's Graduates and Teacher Legislative Council seats began this morning. In Nagpur constituency, there are 19 candidates and the main battle is between the incumbent mayor and BJP candidate Sandeep Joshi and Mahavikas Aghadi Congress candidate Abhijeet Vanjari.
