<span style="color: #222222;">The counting of votes for Panchayat and Municipal bodies in Arunachal Pradesh was held today. BJP has swept Pasighat Municipal Body elections by winning 6 of the total 8 wards. For BJP, former Pasighat Municipal Council Chief Kaling Doruk and five other new faces have won the elections. Opposition Congress has managed to retain only two seats.</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">&nbsp;</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">In the 20-seat Itanagar Municipal Corporation, BJP has won 10 wards, JD(U) nine and NPP managed to win only one.</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">&nbsp;</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">The details of Panchayati Raj elections are yet to come. It may be mentioned that 6,401 Gram Panchayat seats and 99 Zila Parishad constituencies were already declared elected unopposed. Elections for 1,702 Gram Panchayat seats and 141 Zila Parishad Constitutions were held on December 22.</span><br />'' &nbsp;
