Counting of votes for the Panchayat and two municipal bodies in Arunachal Pradesh is underway. In the Pasighat Municipal Council, BJP has won 6 wards of the total 8. Opposition Congress managed to win the remaining 2 seats. In the Itanagar Municipal Corporation, from the 15 wards of the total 20 where polling was held, JD(U) has won 4 wards.
