<span style="color: #222222;">In Assam, counting of votes for Bodoland Territorial Council, BTC polls underway amidst tight security. As per the latest information,  UPPL is leading in 23 seats and BPF is leading in 7 seats. BJP is leading in 6 seats. The BJP has made a good comeback in BTC polls this year as it had won only a single seat in the last polls. There are a total of 40 seats in Bodoland Territorial Council.  The counting of ballot paper is likely to be continued till night .  Since the formation of BTC in 2003, BPF  was able to form the council .</span>
