The counting of votes in 36 seats in the Biennial elections to Uttar Pradesh Legislative Council from local bodies will be held on 13th and not tomorrow as scheduled earlier. In a press note issued by the Election Commission said that the counting had to be postponed for four days in view of certain clarifications sought by Allahabad High Court.<br/>
