Election Commission has said that counting in four states and one Union Territory going on in a smooth and hassle free manner. Over 60 per cent counting has been completed in Tamil Nadu and result of 48 seats of Kerala has been declared. In Puducherry more than 50 per cent counting has been completed and in Assam 72 per cent counting has been done.
