Election Commission has said that counting in four states and one Union Territory going on in a smooth and hassle free manner. Over 60 per cent counting has been completed in Tamil Nadu and result of 48 seats of Kerala has been declared. In Puducherry more than 50 per cent counting has been completed and in Assam 72 per cent counting has been done. In West Bengal, counting has been completed in 41 seats.<br />''&nbsp;<br />''<span style="color: #222222;">Briefing media this evening, Secretary General in the Commission, Umesh Sinha said, counting is going on in 2 thousand 3 hundred 64 halls adhering to the COVID-19 norms. He said, 822 Returning officers, 7 thousand assistant Returning Officers and one thousand counting Observers are engaged in the process. Mr Sinha said, 1.5 lakh agents who are part of counting underwent RT-PCR and RAT test. He said, this time a record 13.16 lakh postal ballots were received.</span><br />
