Army chief General Bipin Rawat has said, the search and cordon operation in at least eight villages of south Kashmir's Shopian district is to make sure that situation is brought under control after recent incidents of violence in the Valley.<br/><br/>Replying to questions at a function in New Delhi, he said counter-infiltration posture has been beefed up in Jammu and Kashmir.<br/><br/>When asked about possible action following mutilation of Indian soldiers, he said, army does not talk about future plans beforehand, it rather shares details only after execution.
