<span style="color: #222222;">The Council Of Scientific And Industrial Research hosted an outreach program as part of the ongoing India International Science Festival today in New Delhi.<br />”<br />” Speaking at the event, National Science Centre Curator, Dr Raj Malhotra said that the future of the nation lies on the youth with a scientific temper. He added that the Indian constitution features the words &quot;scientific temper&quot; which is highly unique. He stressed that it is this attitude that pushed India from an impoverished, de-industrialised state to one of the leaders in indigenous space programs. Dr. Malhotra further said that this is not the century of intelligence but of information. He added that people need to shed any misconceptions and learn and apply themselves with an open mind.&nbsp;</span><br />
