He added that the Indian constitution features the words &quot;scientific temper&quot; which is highly unique. He stressed that it is this attitude that pushed India from an impoverished, de-industrialised state to one of the leaders in indigenous space programs. Dr. Malhotra further said that this is not the century of intelligence but of information. He added that people need to shed any misconceptions and learn and apply themselves with an open mind.&nbsp;</span><br />
