The Chief Economic Advisor Mr Kaushik Basu has said that the whole issue of corruption needs to be tackled in a systematic manner. Speaking to media in New Delhi on Thursday, he said that Corruption management is much like management of economy and it is not just a question of catching people and putting them behind the bars.
