Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar on Wednesday said growing corruption is paving way for a shift towards anti-Congressism in national politics but parried a question on whether he was ready to lead any such opposition move. Talking to reporters in New Delhi he said, the situation is gradually unfolding. In reply to a question Nitish Kumar said as far as the issue of leadership is concerned, the political system creates the leader. He added that it depends on situations. However, he declined to answer a specific query on whether he is ready to lead any such movement for change.He alleged that centre is discriminating with Bihar in the allocation of funds. He elaborated that he took up the issue of allocation of funds to Bihar with the Prime Minister Dr. Manmohan Singh during his meeting on Wednesday morning.
