A special National Investigation Agency (NIA) court yesterday permitted the CBI to question dismissed cop Sachin Waze in jail in connection with a corruption case it is probing against former home minister Anil Deshmukh.<br />'' <br />'' The court allowed an application moved by CBI to record Waze's statement. It permitted the agency to question Waze on February 15 and 16 at Taloja prison in Navi Mumbai. Waze was arrested by the NIA in connection with the Antilia bomb scare case and the killing of businessman Mansukh Hiran.
