Finance Minister Arun Jaitley has said that after the implementation of Good and Services Tax, the incomes of people have become transparent and the corporate tax collection has gone up. <br/><br/>He was replying to queries of people in the Talkathon programme organized by Ministry of Information and Broadcasting in New Delhi this evening. <br/>Replying to another query, Mr. Jaitley said, as Direct Benefit Transfer schemes picks up speed, the spending capacity of people will also increase. <br/><br/>He said, people especially the middle class will benefit when there will be improvement of infrastructure, quality of education and healthcare. Replying to a query, the Finance Minister said, profit earned from illegal activity like cryptocurrency is taxable.<br/><br/>
